It sounds so fun...but it's NOT!! I have never felt so strongly about painting before. We have a LOT, and I mean, A LOT of dark wood stained trim in our 1977 split-level home. We have to put at least two coats of stain block over it before we can actually paint with the trim paint. At least it is rewarding to see the work pay off. It looks so much better white.

It doesn't sound fun! You're right though, you'll be very happy once the dark stain is gone! I don't envy you though!! Wish we were there to help:)
I hate painting too...but it looks like you are doing a wonderful job...I bet its fun keeping Sadie out of the wet paint!! Call me when you need a break from painting...we must catch up soon!
